I was specifically looking for laptop bag that carries cross-body vs. the typical backpack and this is a superb choice. The bag is made of high quality material, looks sleek and modern, but is durable and well constructed. The cross body strap is cushioned and has a small zipper compartment for money, spare key, security pass, etc. However, in the main compartment there is a limited amount of room, so if you need to carry your laptop and a ton of paperwork or books, this is not for you. There is a padded sleeve for your laptop, and then various pockets and organizers for your additional kit, and then a little bit more room for a a notebook or a couple folders or a thin book. It doesn't take much for me to pack it tight, and I'm using it for work - not for school.

| I am a student and this bookbag is a great fit for laptop owners. However if you are a student or need to carry a lot, then you may find yourself trying to cram a lot in because there is not a lot of space. But it is very comfortable and has some very convenient pockets inside and out for pencils and calculator and cellphones, so I do like it a lot. |

I've owned this bag for just over a month, and my shoulders have thanked me every day since I started using it. The sling style is much more comfortable than a messsenger bag, because the weight is distributed easily, and it's also less bulky and awkward than a backpack. The slim profile means that I'm not constantly bumping the bag into people or things, as I tended to do with my backpack. My 15" MacBookPro fits perfectly into the well-padded interior, and I can fit a lunch or heavy book in there too. The pockets keep my little accessories safe, and there's also a handy carrying case that holds my power supply and my portable backup drive with room to spare. The outside pocket and the cell phone pocket on the strap are also very useful.
All of this would be enough to make the bag a worthwhile purchase no matter what it looked like, but to make it even better, it's a really attractive bag. It has a quirky, modern look, and the chocolate/tourmaline color combination is eye-catching and distinctive. I get compliments on it all the time.
And for the record: Like some other reviewers, I am far from flat-chested, but the strap falls comfortably across my chest and doesn't look odd at all. It did take a little bit of work to get the strap length exactly right for my height and shape, but now the bag is perfectly comfortable to carry, even when it's stuffed full. I looked at much more expensive laptop bags, but I'm very happy that I settled on this one.

| Got this bag so I could take my laptop around when biking. It fits a 15" MacBook Pro and a 13" MacBook Pro with no problem, not bad for a super slim bag like this. First bag I've ever had that people have actually complimented strangely, so I suppose its pretty stylish too. Only hang-up I have is that it doesn't drink holder on the outside. Plenty of other pockets inside for storing change, laptop cables, etc., overall a great bag. |
