Help connecting laptop to TV?!?!?

I have a SONY WEGA KDF-E60A20 TV & a SONY VAIO VGN-N325E laptop, I am tying to get the movies I watch on my laptop to play thru my TV….any help?!?!

From my understanding my laptop has a VGA (15 pin) output & my TV has a S-Video output and a HDMI output…am I just out of luck or…..?

You could purchase a USB to S-Video + Install RCA audio Left and Right Cables or USB to HDMI converter for your laptop to TV and receive both audio and video. HDMI is the best method
